MARTIN® TRAC-MOUNT™ Impact Cradle

Martin Engineering's original TRAC-MOUNT™ Impact Cradle utilizes impact bars mounted on sliding sleeves to simplify installation and bar replacement. MARTIN® TRAC-MOUNT™ Impact Cradle reduces damage to the belt and structure and stabilizes the belt line to prevent spillage by absorbing impact force in the conveyor loading zone.

For Light- or Medium-Duty

Absorbs up to 12,000 pounds (53 kN) of conveyor loading zone impact force. Meets CEMA Standard 575-2000.

Reinforced Construction

Each bar is supported in steel angle frame.

Simple to Service

Bars slide onto wings. Wings slide onto I-beam frame.
