MARTIN® PIT VIPER™ Belt Cleaner

The MARTIN® PIT VIPER™ Belt Cleaner / Belt Scraper is specifically engineered for applications in the aggregate industries. This aggressive pre-cleaner will remove sticky sand and wet fines on belts from dredges, sand screws and other sand processing operations.

The MARTIN® PIT VIPER™ Belt Cleaner / Belt Scraper allows "one-pin, no-tool" blade replacement. Drop the sturdy blade into place on the reinforced steel mainframe and secure it with a wire lock pin.

Fits Aggregate Industry Conveyors

The MARTIN® PIT VIPER™ Belt Cleaner / Belt Scraper fits head pulleys up to 16 inches (406 mm) in diameter and belt widths from 12 to 42 inches (300 to 1067 mm). Belt coverage can be two inches (50 mm) or six inches (150 mm) less than belt width, to match the width of the cargo on the belt.
